Will stop paying after a few successful redemptions
I have been waiting over a month for two redemption requests. One for 800 dollars and one for 1000 dollars. Support have been useless , stating that the “request is with finance and there is nothing needed from my end”. At this point , I feel like I have been scammed and am at a loss for what to do. I am happy to edit this post , if I actually receive my payments owed to me by Sweepjungle. My user id is User#171794. For now , I HIGHLY RECCOMEND NOT PLAYING ON THIS SITE. They will process your first few redeems quickly, and then refuse to pay out your bigger redeem requests. Stick to other sites - have played on a lot of other sites, and this is by far the worst experience I have had. Update on this review August 19 2026- I have still not received ANY of the funds I am owed - After customer support said they have expedited the request. Will update here more , but truly think this company are out to get people. They will approve your first few redemption requests , and then at some point, they will stop paying.
