I won $7,400 from a $200 deposit and after I submitted my verfiication documents they said that I was using a 3rdp party card when clearly the card I showed them had MY name on it. They said that they refunded my card $200 and closed my account which had $7,400 in. Blatantly scamming people left and right.

Redemption times have slowed…
Redemption times have slowed significantly. There was a period of time where you could submit a redemption, and receive it within 1-3 hours and get multiple redemptions processed a week. It is now taking weeks/months for redemptions to process. This is unacceptable, especially for customers buying the larger packs ($1000+). I expect at least 2-3 redemptions to be able to process within the week. The 7+ day estimate is not accurate right now. I'm trying to see if they will process a few of my redemptions before the end of this month. If they don't, I may need to look at discontinuing my use of this site and go to my bank. I've asked the VIP Manager for help with prioritizing the redemptions, but it still seems like they're looking to hold/sit on funds (with the hope that customers will play it back). Disappointment is an understatement. Sweepjungle really needs to do better, if it hopes to retain customers...

Don't like to payout
I have never been on a site were they take forever to payout redemptions! It's my very first time redeeming on this site and they literally will make you send in all your sensitive information to not pay you in a timely manner. They don't even follow they own rules when it comes to redemption time frame! I should've listened to the reviews about payouts after you win they don't uphold there end when it comes to redeeming. I feel that they a scammers at this point my redemption been pending for 10 days even after reaching out you get a bullsh** message about being patience when you have done been patiently enough. At this point they can keep it because they have all my banking info and debit info and still have yet to process my redemption! I have been trying to withdraw $100 — yes, just $100 — for over THREE MONTHS from SweepJungle, and the verification process has been absolutely ridiculous. I’ve played on many online casino platforms and have never experienced anything like this. I made my purchase using a debit card and attempted to redeem my winnings back to the same exact card, yet I have been asked to provide an unbelievable amount of documentation. I have submitted bank statements, credit card statements, photos of myself holding cards I’ve previously used, and other verification documents. Every time I provide what they request, it seems like there is something else they suddenly need. At this point, I have spent more than three months trying to withdraw only $100. The amount of time and personal financial documentation required for such a small redemption is unreasonable in my experience. There are far too many other online casino platforms available that do not make the withdrawal process this difficult. Based on my experience, I would not recommend SweepJungle, especially if you expect a simple and timely redemption process. Please save yourself the time and headache that I have had to deal with!
