My dad passed away on July 7
My dad passed away on July 7. I filed a claim via phone on July 10. Got a letter of acceptance dated July 11 saying funds would’ve deposited in 3-5 business days. It is August 7 and still NOTHING. And no one is able to assist in sharing any information. Super frustrating.
