Totally unreliable
The person in charge of my mailbox removed my name from the mailbox and stopped forwarding my mail without notice. Lost month of mail that have been sent back to sender. Customer Service unable to sort the problem with the mailbox owner. Stopped replying to my mails, but kept withdrawing my card... Absolutely unreliable...
