My daughter ordered a custom made bunny…
My daughter ordered a custom made bunny almost a month ago, on the 9th of July 2026, for her boyfriend's birthday. She was told it would take a max. of 10 days to arrive. His birthday has since come and gone on the 26th of July. Very disappointing and also concerning that we have not heard from Soufeel since they last said that her order is in China!
