I cannot tell you anything about their equipment because I never bought anything. I filled out one of their ad queries regarding my intent to install a 10k or 12k system off grid. Immediately, I started getting voice mails. The number didnt ring on my phone. Spam blocker got it. The voice mail message didn't leave a number to return the call. I've searched high and low and cannot find a number a live person will answer. So, they are calling me 6 to 8 times a day but a customer can't call them. That's what your customer service looks like if you do business with them. After checking the voice mail account ,I got a number, its the same AI Robocall that leaves the message. I asked to be removed from their call list. Still getting 6 to 8 voice mails per day. If I have to buy my system twice, I'll buy from someone else.
