This company and the hotel they booked for are both incompetent. I submitted a review and they refused it and asked me to rereview. If your not happy with what's being said don't ask me to update it. You explained that it could be a glitch on your end but nothing was corrected even when I didn't ask for a refund but to update the correct dates their system generated 8/2 check out 8/3 when in actually the dates 8/29 check 8/30. So you say it could be a glitch but I have no correct no update or room for dates I actually requested. I received a response advised to contact then on the phone with them they are giving me the run around telling me they reviewed everything. But I showed them all my screen shots of previous conversation with their agent there explaining that the hotel is declining everything but I'm explaining the issue is with them and the dates I requested not what they forwarded to the hotel. Your company is wasted time and effort.
