I can not get a response via email ive…

I can not get a response via email ive sent dozens. When i call all rhe people say is the program is correct . I had a $650 loan for a total from open to close for 8 days. My payoff amount was a couple dollars within $950. The interest agreed to was a little over 1000% apr (it was high but i needed funds) the total interest accrued should have been $142.61. Bringing the total to $792.61. I overpaid by $157 and they refuse to acknowledge it. Everyone just say the program this and the program that no one will break out a calculator or let me talk to someone with enough cognitive function to settle this

The customer service is no more than…

The customer service is no more than people looking at a screen, without the ability of thought function for their selves. I borrowed $650 for eight days. My payoff amount is 950. Based on the calculations on their website, I should’ve paid under $800. But whenever you finally do reach customer service the only thing they can say is it’s in the program. Nobody there has the mental capacity to get a calculator and do the math themselves. I completely understand how places like this operate. It’s very high interest, but whenever they try to double or triple the amount after telling you that you will not be penalized for early payoff.
