The pick up/delivery was perfect
The pick up/delivery was perfect, my clothes being folded the way they were folded was a complete surprise. I was not sure what to expect. I have a washing machine/ dryer, but there is not enough time in the day. The only feedback I have is that I included a note not to dry on permanent press, and I think they were, so I am praying nothing shrunk. I asked for skirts/dresses to be hung, which was not done. I am still happy about the outcome and the service provided.
