Bad experience
When I make the order, I was waiting to be shipped. The money was taken. I ask after 3 days how is my order going? Then I gotta answer. Oh, something happened with the system, we don't know what we don't see your order and I was asked do I want to receive the money back or have my order to be sheep? I answer, I wanna receive the rod then I got an email from you guys which was saying we're gonna put this order manually as the money was taken, I agree to that. Wait. 4 days didn't have any tracking information. Send the question again, what is my order status then with no answer I received the money back . I'm not happy with your service. Thank you.
