Bad business practice by Phobio
I sent my macbook air laptop for trade-in. It was packed and shipped by ups. My laptop was sent in with perfect condition no broken screen and no scratches. However, upon your inspection, I was told that the screen was broken and the body and lid looks perfectly fine. Upon receiving the returned laptop, it has a broken screen and the body/lid look perfectly fine as you told me. I believe the screen was broken during the inspection process. I wish you guys honestly informed me that was the case. I will never do anymore business with Phobio ever again.
