They don’t honour contracts- stay away
My refrigerator stopped cooling . After 1.5 weeks from the complaint, the resolution department tells me that the technician reported that this issue with the compressor has been happening before I signed the contract. How do I know the preexisting conditions? It was cooling fine when I signed up. The whole idea of home warranty is to cover items which are past the manufacturer warranty. Stay away from this company. I’m going to take this matter to the consumer protection agencies.
