Noah Parker was a great help in upgrading our standby tickets to regular cabin tickets with assigned seats together. However, we wouldn’t have purchased standby tickets in the first place had we been given any hint that that’s what we were buying. You shouldn’t put customers into this position. I’m giving this rating to Mr. Parker. I do realize that it’s probably American Airlines that deserves one star for overbooking.
