Cinch / EMS Home Services- Dissapointed and Disguisted
Cinch assigned a company called EMS Home Services to fix an air condition unit at a home owned by a 76 year old grandmother/ retired school teacher on fixed income. This company was over an hour away from her location. Took 2 weeks to get a home visit. EMS told her with a CINCH home worranty, to fix the line that was leaking freon it would be over $1000. She paid it, so a week later, EMS came to fix it. Sadly two hours later, it stopped working again. 3 days later, EMS returns. Leaves their truck running, after 10 minutes, says another line is leaking freon and this is why outside unit is not on. He needs another $325 to fix it or else he is on his way to help his other appointments. No - stop robbing the elderly. Wish I could pick a negative star.
