Had a boat vessel purchased handled by Trident funding. It's been over 3 months since we closed and picked up the boat from the seller, closing department never sent us the registration for the boat or the trailer. Inquired about this at the 6-week. Mark and was told there was a discrepancy with the serial number, registration and title. That they had to resubmit the paperwork. Here we are at the 13th week. Haven't heard anything from them and had to inquire again! Just to find out there's another issue and now I have to jump through hoops to get the serial number verified. If you're looking for a smooth seamless purchase, don't look here. Run somewhere else to get what you've paid for.
