It has been over a month since I placed my order and I still have not received my delivery. My tracking has completely disappeared in the app and I keep getting emails on “how are we doing “ “please update us on your progress “ and I haven’t even started my dose! I submitted a chat form for an update and no response. This was my first time joining hers as a birthday gift for my hair loss and I’m very disappointed as a first time customer
