Efficient customer service!
Flowerchimp made it incredibly easy to ask questions about changes in my order, and were extremely accommodating when I asked them last minute to change the shipping address (due to a mishap on my part). Allowing customers like myself to contact their team via whatsapp was very helpful, as I am someone who ordered from outside of the country. The best part? Their virtual assistant had help options that made sense. I was assisted promptly by Bea, who did an amazing job assisting me with changes in my order. She was straight to the point, replied very fast, and assured me that my order was going to be properly delivered to my partner's address.
