Hooked for life
This was my first purchase from you and I’m overwhelmed with the service points! Shipping was easy and clean - I got timely updates at every stage of the international trek. The order arrived well packed and your branding is incredibly thoughtful and transparent re: the tea sourcing which just feels good! You think of everything; there’s teabags if I need them, clips to keep my tea tightly sealed and packed and the samples you included felt like the took the content of my order into consideration. I loved both of the teas I ordered AND both of the samples you sent! I’m hooked! Thank you for this incredible service and products!
