Very Disappointed
I had a very disappointing experience with Beauty House. I paid several hundred dollars for what I believed were new, unused fragrances, but the condition of the products was unacceptable. The shipping box itself arrived without any visible damage, but the fragrance boxes inside were another story. One fragrance came in a dirty, partially crushed box, while another fragrance had the cap off and had clearly been sprayed inside the packaging, making it appear as though I had received a returned or previously used item. I purchased new products, and there was nothing indicating that I was purchasing testers, open-box items, or returns. I contacted Beauty House by email to report the issue and ask about returning the products. Their response simply stated that the products showed as delivered and did not address my concerns about the condition of the items or my return questions. The return link they provided does not work, and I even paid for the option of free return shipping. I have sent multiple additional emails with no response, and no one answers the telephone. At this point, I have paid several hundred dollars for fragrances that arrived looking used and damaged, and I cannot get anyone to assist me with a return. I strongly recommend purchasing elsewhere unless you have absolutely no other option. The condition of the products and, especially, the lack of customer service after the sale are unacceptable. I expected new products and basic customer support, and unfortunately, I received neither.
