I already wrote your customer service and expect a response to discuss a refund or a make up another time. Pool and Hotel were nice but it’s not staffed. There is no hotel staff at the actual pool. This caused an entitled woman named Jamie to bring a speaker and play her Music out loud for everyone ruining the experience for all. She even brought a plastic inflatable that she floated on in the pool while still blasting her speaker!!! It was extremely Trashy- my daughter and I stayed less than hour and left. One bad apple ruined it for everybody!
