Terrible Customer Service
The product was nice, but it didn’t fit well and it wasn’t what I was envisioning. I had all the tags still in it and tried it on with underwear on, maintaining the hygiene pads. I reached out to customer services fully prepared to send it back and cover shipping, but instead I got a message saying that I can keep it to avoid the shipping requirement and they’d give me a little back and the rest on a store credit. I thanked the rep but said no thank you, I did not have a use for it and wanted to return it for a refund. She said that the best she could do was $20 refund and the rest on store credit even though I told her I had no problem mailing the item back. It was extremely frustrating and I have since warned everyone I know to not use this company.
