If I could rate this lower than a 1 star I would. unfortunately I read these reviews on this company after I ordered flowers through them. I ordered flowers mid June for a friend's birthday. I thought I was going through a local florist. Shortly after placing the order, unbeknown to me, I was sent an email stating they could not find a local florist to deliver. I checked my email toward the end of the day when I did not hear from my friend about receiving the flowers and saw the email that they were not delivered. I called right away and asked why they did not call me to inform me of the issue so I could call someone else yet before the end of the day to get flowers delivered, they had no response to that question. I had not received my refund the end of June so I called them asking about refund. They said they would process it again and it would be 7 to 10 days and I would see refund. It is now beginning of August and I still have not seen the refund. Called again and they said I would see refund in 3 days. This place is a scam and hope that it is closed soon.
