The customer service is pretty bad. I ordered a dress about two weeks ago and received it yesterday. Looking at the measurements online, I decided to get M, which is normal for me. When I got the dress, it was too small on my bust and my back. I was disappointed because I needed this dress for a friend’s wedding and for engagement pictures. I emailed them to get a full refund on my original payment method. I purposely emailed them during their business hours, and they still have not replied. And now I can’t even order a new dress because the shipping time took much longer than stated. I wish I read the reviews for the store before I continued with my order. I will update if I do get a response.
