Customer service gold standard
So far can’t really judge the software itself but i was struggling with some update and installation issues and i gotta say customer service is really fast and reliable. At first the standard ai chatbot asking what’s the issue and then almost immediately “would you like me to connect you with a human” which is gold nowadays. Issue was resolved smoothly :)
