I reached out last week about a pan of mine that had the coating peeling off. Hady responded very quickly and helped me through the process of submitting a warranty claim. She also helped out when I realized I had requested the wrong pan be replaced and got the correct one sent out much faster than I could've anticipated. Absolutely amazing customer service!
