Charged for tutoring -- website shows no bill, no hours
They charged us for 2 months of tutoring even though their website shows no hours available and $0 due. It says the next billing isn't until January 2027. When I called to complain they said they couldn't refund the amount and suggested we do a lot of extra tutoring. If I had known we still had hours being billed then I would have suspended the account.
