I want to recognize Alex at Nurp for the outstanding support he provided throughout my account setup process. He made everything easy to understand, guided me through each step, and was always available to answer questions promptly. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made the experience much smoother and gave me confidence in getting started. The only negative aspect of my experience relates to Nurp's sales expectations, not Alex's service. I was told that investors had covered their account fees through profits generated by the GNT trial account within about a month. However, both trial accounts we participated in did not generate any profits during the trial period. Because of this, I believe it would be beneficial for the sales team to present more balanced expectations and emphasize that results are not guaranteed and can vary based on market conditions. Overall, Alex provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure to work with. His responsiveness and dedication deserve a full 5-star rating. Thank you, Alex, for all your help and support!
