Waste of time and a lot of stress! Stay away!
They bragged about many features (a big storage space, free IMAP for 3rd party email apps, 10-aliases and what not), which they eventually started to remove for the free users. Eventually my account got locked, for no good reason! The chat is only AI-powered. You need to send an email through the customer support form. The reply was very slow and not very helpful. I advice to stay away from this company, to avoid a lot of stress and wasted time.
