First of all, I love this reader because the playback comes across so natural. It helps me in particular with creative writing. I use it to listen for not just grammar and verbiage, but it also helps me identify accidental tonal or character voice shifts. Which is something literally only this reader can do. But the real gold is its support staff. If you have even the slightest grievance: boom they’re responding to you right away. They’re helpful, flexible, communicative.
