The app works well and the voices are very good. But where Speechify outshines other companies is in their customer service. Though I haven't needed tech support for the app itself, Dale has provided outstanding service and support when I needed help with admin issues. I have never experienced service at this level before, Dale is a gem!

I needed to cancel my subscription and get a full refund. I was really dreading having to do it because I forgot about the renewal but seen the receipt come through my email. I started with the contact us page and figured I would have to fight tooth and nail to cancel and/or get my refund or have tons of back and forth but I was the easiest process ive ever had. Rohan was so prompt in responding to my request and helped be resolve the issue in 2 responses for me. One to send the request and one to confirm I wanted to cancel. That was it. I used the Speechify app to help with my school studies. Once completed, I thought I had cancelled my premium subscription but I was charged the annual fee. I contacted their support team immediately and Jerylle provided a very prompt and helpful response. It was much appreciated!

This is a very good product however, the reason I was intending to use it was not the right one. To be clear, I was going to use Speechify to read business related documents whilst on my morning walk. It turned out that reading such matter both ruined my morning walk and I failed to absorb much of the content anyway. I applied to unsubscribe and I was dealt with immediately. It was quick and politely done. No argument, just a refund and it was immediate. So refreshing in this day and age. I congratulate them wholeheartedly.
