Speechify is not only an absolutely fabulous advanced feature reading App; Mike from Customer Relations was an excellent team member. Mike went out of his way to assist & responded to emails in a prompt & professional manner. If you are not using Speechify you are definitely missing out on an advanced tool & great staff. Thank you.
Incorrect purchase
My daughter has purchased an annual subscription from Speechify in error and I contacted them to see if we could get a refund. Ariel was very helpful, I provided the information she asked for and the response was very swift. As the transaction had been through Apple Pay I had to contact them for a refund, Ariel explained very clearly how to do this and have now received the refund. Very quick response and issue very quickly resolved.
