I was a loyal client for 3 years. They implemented a cancellation fee of 50% of the service you were to have. I called 1 hour past the 24 hours and explained the cancellation was due to a family emergency. Guess what, they tried to charge my debit card (luckily it was locked) and said they no longer wanted my business. Harsh, thoughtless, money hungry.
