I sleep at night now.
It was the staff. I primarily dealt with America. She was patient, efficient, thorough and honest. America worked with me throughout the entirety of my dealings with optima. It took years and years. When I had technology issues we got around them by faxing info etc…. My portal worked for the first 4 months then it would not work for scanning documents etc… America assured me that the documents were received via other means than the portal. Every quarter I was sending my bank statements along with itemized expenses etc….I would highly recommend Optima. The process was awful but the staff got me through it. Huge Thanks to America and her team for getting this lady out of debt with our government. I sleep at night now.
