The Company seems professional and wants to really help you out of a bad situation but the process can drag on for years. Of course you pay up front for the "tax experts" to do the work so there's no rushing the process. Three different Optima Tax Reps gave me three different answers to the same question. Deal with the IRS yourself.

This would be specifically for my initial experience / introduction to OTR I haven't received their service yet.
That being said, the guy I talked to was very knowledgeable and clear about costs and the time line. He wasn't too pushy over the phone and didn't try to minimize my situation as it is quite extensive. My solutions call is tomorrow so we'll see where we go from here

I was completely overwhelmed with my financial situation when I called them. I had no idea if they were for real or not. They were very honest in telling me the best scenario and the worst scenario. They were extremely respectful and explained the entire process in both verbal and written form.
Because I work and could not always talk at work about my issue, they would set up a time where I was more available. They answered my questions that i posted on my portal with a phone call within 24 hours.
