I honestly wish we had never hired this company. We went to them specifically to help negotiate and reduce our IRS debt, and instead all they did was re‑file our taxes. For that, they charged us well over $1,000, something my regular tax accountant could have done for around $300. What made it worse was the constant runaround. We asked several times about our IRS situation, and every time we called, we got different answers. Most of them completely wrong. Our tax return ended up being garnished, and they tried to tell us that the IRS taking our refund was some kind of “debt reduction.” Getting anyone on the phone was a nightmare, and when we finally did, the information never matched. Once we realized things weren’t adding up, we went back through our call recordings and found multiple contradictions in what they told us. In the end, we’re now making payments to the IRS ourselves, something we could have done from the start and probably would’ve resolved faster without wasting money or time. This was honestly one of the worst financial decisions we’ve made. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere!!

If I could give 100 stars, Omar would absolutely get them all! I've had the worst experience since being a customer since 2018. I've been waiting for my 2023 and 2024 tax documents to be completed and sent to me since December 2025. Omar was the only person who was determined to get my paperwork completed so I could start my masters program at the University of Phoenix.
