I paid for two months and was lied to by Director of Business DEVELOPMENT for Atlanta
I paid for two months being told by the location owner that my account was approved only to inquire further with customer support and be lied to by Tracy the Director of Business Development via the cell phone of the iPostal mail facility owner personal cell phone, that the account was not validated b/c of the dilemma, there will be a credit added to my account for the month prior which I paid for but was falsely misled about approval directly from location that I intended to access mail. After several follow-up emails and phone calls I have been instructed by location that they are not able to honor this. I am now forced to pay for address changes with Secretary of State, etc. I would not recommend iPostal to anyone. Form was notarized and emailed to both parties as proof, but I was still lied to and delayed until I physically went to the Douglasville, GA location in person on the 2nd visit. Which the location owner admitted to not knowing how to authenticate me after I’m already paying 2 months in without the ability to use my mailbox or receive mail. I had to physically locate docs for my organization from GA sec of state and experienced delays in contracts that were never located by USPS.
