Excellent customer service from Yam
I spoke to Yam to replenish my urgent care kit because I received an error when placing the order online. Yam was very helpful and patient. She walked me through the process, step by step. We still incurred an error, so with my consent, she placed the order for me. It was a very satisfying experience. If only all customer service calls were that effective and efficient. Thank you Yam.
