Great service but shipping issues
Great products and great service. Disappointed with the shipping charges. You promote that I will get shipping charges reversed, but it only come as a credit for a potential future order. Deceiving and I shouldn't be held hostage to get the shipping money back on "future order" There probably won't be one because of that.
