Danny a wonderful and knowledgeable representative!
Danny was a wonderful representative who took the time to verify my mother’s info before providing any information to me, Maria (daughter) . We always appreciate the precautions- it says a lot about HFD and how they protect their customers! Mother(Yolanda) appreciated greatly that Danny was bilingual and made the phone call much productive and comfortable for her. Danny is highly professional and personable she is concise, efficient and very knowledgeable and the fantastic thing about her was the amicable and very polite she was throughout the entire call. Representatives like Danny deserve a great review because they bring faith in customers that there is still good customer service and people. :). Always thankful, Yolanda and Maria.
