I had a 12 months loan with no interest All of a sudden my payment went down without notice and almost at the end of my 12 months was no reason why the loan went down on the Payment. If you don’t pay attention, they will change your pay so you have to pay the interest this was very unprofessional if I hadn’t noticed before my contract end, I would’ve been stuck with the interest

I was confused about interests and thinking I wasn't making the full payments I made and Fernando did a great job explaining the payment method I'm using and helping me understand the interest was saving up to pay off the rest of my bill when I pay the certain amount needed by the end of next year and it's not paying the company like a loan company would take the interest.
Gaby was very helpful and we sorted out the issue, but it seems the company had the wrong email address for me which made signing up / signing in very difficult at first! Gaby sorted it in the end though.
Alalendro G was very kind with an ugly situation. He read my file and explained to me exactly that the website had a glitch and apologized. He made me feel confident this is the end of that ugly situation.

Danny was a wonderful representative who took the time to verify my mother’s info before providing any information to me, Maria (daughter) . We always appreciate the precautions- it says a lot about HFD and how they protect their customers! Mother(Yolanda) appreciated greatly that Danny was bilingual and made the phone call much productive and comfortable for her. Danny is highly professional and personable she is concise, efficient and very knowledgeable and the fantastic thing about her was the amicable and very polite she was throughout the entire call.

The agent was a bit different than all the other people I've ever talked to before he seemed a bit rough and smug and for the first time I regret ever getting an account with hfd and I can't wait to get it paid off so I don't ever have to deal with hfd or anymore of their representatives
