I ordered WEIGHTLESS ESSENTIAL OIL…
I ordered WEIGHTLESS ESSENTIAL OIL NUTRITIVE TREATMENT or# 10189581 on 6/10/26 this was my 2nd time ordering I received it 7/10/26. immediately opened my product ,to be sure i received correct order. I immediately knew the product formula either completely changed or they put wrong product in the jar. The color and consistency of product was very much OFF. This is supposed to be a thick pasty consistency & light oil mask it was a very runny and more like a regular creamy conditioner. Unlike the first product that I received. I advised the company immediately in a message, we have been going back-and-forth. This is now August 6 and my issue has not been resolved. They sent me an email asking me to send pictures of the product with like about five or six other requirements. I sent them pictures already but of course I sent them again. It's just been horrible customer service.they refused to refund my money they want me to pay out of my own pocket,to ship back. why should I have to pay to return it when they sent me an unsatisfactory product? I showed them their own picture of the product which was advertised, they admitted to me that they took the picture down off of the site because they know it's not the same product. Order at your own risk and you must have a lot of patience. There are no rush orders I do like the keritan product, but if you need it, give yourself about a two month window to receive.
