I own multiple Mellow products which I love unfortunately I received the adapt pillow and it was not the quality I am accustomed to it was coming apart at the seams and seemed to have strange marks all over. I reached out to customer service and sent photos and immediately was shipped a new pillow. Fantastic customer service and products.
