Worth every penny!
I am writing this review on my own volition because I have had a wonderful set of pans for over 3 years and just had a wonderful experience with the warranty service! We had heard stories about the difficilulties of getting warranties fulfilled, but this was not at all my experience. The website was easy to navigate. My initial claim was answered within 2 business days. My secondary set of pictures and concerns were taken and resolved in 1 day. My pans are being replaced without any more hassle than the proof that is necessary that I purchased them myself. I'm over the moon about having theese reolaced and continue to love these pans for every home cooked meal. Thank you!
