Outright fee gouging thieves
What an absolute lying scam this company is. Outright fee gouging thieves. I paid about $38 for an overseas letter, I get a non-legitimate 'adjustment' of $71 due to 'package size' when it is a letter. ShipStation said they will then refund a month later, when immediate is possible, and then nothing. I dispute and after 28 email replies during the trial period from support promising a refund...nothing happened, and in their dispute response (littered with misspellings) they claim I never contacted them....after 28 emails. Avoid the slick marketing and do not use.
