I’m very disappointed with the experience I had. I was initially told that one specific item was needed for my account, so I went out of my way to get it and provide what was requested. When I called back, I spoke with a different person who then told me that it could not be posted and that the process could not move forward. It’s extremely frustrating to be given one set of instructions, spend time completing them, and then be told something completely different by another representative. Your team needs to communicate better and get on the same page before giving information to clients. Clear and consistent communication is important, and this experience has been a waste of my time and very frustrating.
