My initial dog clipper did not work upon arrival. I contacted the company and provided a thorough explanation and video of the issue. I was contacted promptly by the company. Customer Service evaluated the issue and very quickly sent me a replacement clipper with a very fast delivery service. I am very pleased and love my new clipper. With a dog with a heavy double-coat and some mats, the Oneisall pro clipper did a great job and at a very reasonable price.
