I had a great experience with OnDeck. The Senior loan Adviser I worked with was Ryan Grace. I happen to finish my application while I was at the beach on vacation and he was very available with phone call times and thorough explanations and guidance. This was my first time applying for a business loan outside of my bank, so I definitely had a lot of questions and I needed guidance. It is also very comforting that it is so easy to talk to someone when applying for a loan organization I don’t have a long-standing relationship with and it’s mostly functions online. Which of course makes it also very convenient and fast. Great job for the OnDeck company-team to have such a great set up and processes!
