Cade Miller was extremely helpful compared with other private lender representatives with whom I have dealt in the past. The experience reversed my opinion of ondeck and other private lenders. I really appreciate the customer service he provided along the way, his interest in our business, our cash flow cycle, and revenue source. I really appreciate not being rushed through a transaction, Also, the product he recommended (LOC) is a better fit for our annual membership dues business than the traditional fixed term loans with a high origination fee that we've been offered in the past.
