Deplorable, Needlessly Complex Return Process - Still Awaiting Refund & Resolution
I ordered a couple pairs of shoes from this company - one of them fit well (although mind you, neither of the bottoms of the shoe have any tread, and have a flat polished surface that easily slips & slides, unless walking on a rough surface). the other thong-style flip flop did not fit, and was painful in between my first two toes just in the 30 seconds of trying it on. I immediately contacted the company about a return of one of the pair of shoes. I contacted them so many times, and each time they would not provide a return shipping address. They wanted me to fill out information online, then they wanted me to send photos of the bottoms of the shoes, then they said this wasn't sufficient, and they now needed photos of the tops of the shoes, before they would disclose the return shipping address. the customer service support person -- located somewhere in Asia -- said they were not able to disclose the return location, and that it would need to be emailed to me in 24 hours. finally after a couple of weeks of hassle, and much back and forth, moreso than i've ever experienced in returning an item, they did email the return shipping address. I paid for the return shipping myself, and still have not received a refund for the item. i am disappointed that others are also saying that there is an additional restocking fee that the company charges. for this reason, i would not recommend this company, as they do not have a supportive, integrous process for handling returns, in the instance that an item does not fit or is uncomfortable. Sadly very disappointed. If it is not resolved in a proper manner, and the full refund received in a timely fashion, I will certainly be putting out the word to my community, buyer beware.
