Beware of cancellation policy!! I attempted to cancel after rejoining. (Decided my side effects the first time were too much to endure again.) They put a hold and didn’t ship any medication, said I needed to do a video consult first. Fine. I decided to cancel before doing that. And they refused to refund me. Before even having any consult, no meds shipped either of course. My request had not even been reviewed yet. Just gross and money hungry. I need a little time to decide if I want to continue due to side effects and they made it clear they just care about money. Short sighted!
